HELP with 120 fps

I recently bought my Red One MX

I have tried out the different frame rates by lowering the quality of the codec and selecting varispeed and upping the frames to 120
just when i play the footage back on my monitor i seem to be losing ALOT of sharpeness compared to the other footage i have shot
This is most probably normal but just wondering if someone has the best settings to use and also any tips to shoot the best quality footage at 100-120 fps

Did you try sharpening in REDCine X

whats your shutter speed at 120fps ? the shutter speed should be twice the framerate or even higher
