HELP w Synology 3018 and Sanlink TB2

Hi Gang,

Anyone here using the Synology NAS systems?

I have the synology 3018xs w 10gbe card and Sanlink2 TB2 going into my 2013 Mac Pro.

Speeds are SUPER slow!! Not sure what I'm doing wrong in the set up
but I'm only getting 200mb/s read / write.

I'm not a network guy so kinda lost as I'm learning this stuff.

I learnt from this 2 articles to setup my Synology 1817+ w 10gbe card and ATTO TB3 SFP+ adapter into my 2016 15" MacBook Pro (used a Sanlink3 before but have compatibility issue with my Unifi Switch). My NAS is running RAID 6 on 7 HDD drives, I can get around 350-400MB/s write and 450-500MB/s read speed running Blackmagic Disk Speed Test.

Thanks for that, . I read through both articles and tried to work through the settings, but I'm still not having any luck.

Actually Im able to get 800mb/s read speeds, but just 110mb/s write. 6 disc raid 5
