HELP!!! Sudden loss of HDMI signal.

I'm hoping someone can help me. The HDMI signal on my Red One suddenly stopped working. I've tried 6 different cables and 3 monitors. I've also re-installed firmware v30.6.12 and restored factory defaults.

Any ideas why this happened and how to fix it? My camera has not suffered any bumps or knocks. Can this be software related?

Check your output rate - if its off (as in 50/60 hertz) - it might not output I guess. Try either one.

BTW: the 50mm zeiss super speed I bought from you is still getting some action. I just used it on my first feature. Love that old glass

Mine did the same thing. You will probably have to send it back to RED to replace the board that has all the ports, including the audio.
