also: how is the warranty policy on the RR for this kind of thing?

I've had issues with my Rocket card on every one of the 3 RED features I've DIT'd in the last year. It got sent back after the first one, of course they couldn't find anything wrong.

~ Just like today when I can't access firmware download's on Red's website, and of course NOBODY @ Red is having any problems ~

Now I'm having the same issues in this thread. Everything in my system is the same and unchanged, and it all worked yesterday. Today, Rocket is DOA. I'll be sending in for an RMA once this one is over, and this time I'm not gonna accept it checking out fine. There's obviously something wrong with the damn thing. It's not worked in another machine I put it in either. I just love how it's one of the most expensive single pieces of equipment I own, and it's the most unreliable. I can't trust it.
