HELP: R3D Files only showing half of the clip

I am running into an odd issue where half of the r3d files are not showing up in the same clip. Clips 1-2 are not playing but clip 3 is inside of the same folder.

Has anyone ran into this issue before? I don't have the backup on me to check that at the moment but it was working before.

Are you sure you aren't just looking at the segments of the same clip. Each R3D clip is segmented into 4GB chunks. The NLE will see them all as one original clip.
