Hello, everyone here on Reduser forum!
Sorry for my bad English. Please help! I have a problem with the Red Pro 5.0" touch monitor! Everytime after switching my Scarlet-X camera on, first 5 -10 seconds the touch function and buttons on Red Touch 5.0" Monitor are working fine, but then they stop working, and the only way to operate menu of the camera is through the Red Side Handle. Sometimes the monitor doesn't turn on, but when i put out the lcd lemo cable out of the monitor and put it in again, the image appears in the monitor, but sometimes not. Also the iris on the lens (sigma 18-35) sometimes stuck, i change the number of "f -stops" in the menu of the camera, but the iris on the lens doesn't changes (same with another lens), the brightness of the image still the same.
I've tried hard reset of the camera, and different Firmware updates for my Scarlet-X, but nothing changes. I've tried my monitor on another camera and with another cable, same thing. Any advice would be helpful !
