I'd like to know how this might have happened and if it can be fixed?

Framerate was 23.976, REDcode 42, shutter 180. Shot on Red One MX.

The temperature in the room was pretty high, might be relevant.

Sometimes strobing lights can do that with faster moving subjects.
Even though the image isn't showing flicker, the strobing can hit the moving subject.

I bet it was strobing from the lights - that makes sense. Thanks so much.

These are screengrabs of the raw files taken directly from Redcine-X.
