Hey Everyone,
I'm in the middle of a shoot and my OLED stopped working.....It gives me color bars but nothing else. BTW, I've got a 5" touch screen and a plus one on there as well. Here's what I've tried so far.
Different cables
reboot many times
factory restore
changed priority on the plus one
let it cool down
un powered the camera, then reboot
I'm out of idea's. Shooting again in the morning....any help would be appriciated!
Thanks,
Steve

Does the touchscreen work as a display out of both ports?

If the touchscreen works in both ports, try the EVF in the other port you haven't tried it in. If the EVF still doesn't work, as you've changed cables, sounds like your OLED EVF is faulty.

The other thing you could try is strip absolutely everything off the camera including the DSMC Side Handle, +1 module (remember to depower before detaching/attaching DSMC modules), but leave the SSD side module. Reboot the camera, then plug in the EVF. If working, start adding back other components one at a time.

Any difference?
