Help, no audio

Help, I received the camera 2 weeks ago, and 8g cf 4 days ago. The camera is amazing. The first test with sound was perfect, but today sound is dead. New mic Rode ntg-3, build 16, new audio board, all cables from red. I made all the possible checks, tried all the possibilities, i searched at reduser.

Please anyone can help?

Audio is dead through monitoring on the camera or on playback on the computer?

yes everywhere, i see something on the meter only if i hit the mic, or if i plug-unplug the cables.

I wonder if i should sent the camera for check tomorrow, or wait for to talk with someone first?

Have you tried to increase the input Level? in VIDEO->AUDIO

Yes, i did that too, in all channels, nothing.

Any idea?

humm... Try with new firmware beta 17 or reinstall build 16.

I did that also, everything correct, but same problem.
It started when I turned the camera on this morning. Last night was ok.

min input, new audio board, until last night the sound was super with rode ntg-3.

That mic needs 48v phantom power

And the phantom power turns itself off after every reboot.

This bit me bad on a shoot.

Yes, I also bought a new mic(cheap).
Bad luck I guess.
