I was editing a documentary on Final Cut Pro, using the Red Final Cut Pro 3 installer. Everything was working normally. I then had to switch machines and by mistake I installed the Red FCP 2 installer (instead of the 3). I wasn't able to see the images, so I realized my mistake and installed the FCP 3 installer.
Now, the image are not playing smoothly, unless I use another compressor (not REDCODE) and render the timeline. Does anyone know if it's possible that the FCP installer 2 was not removed from the machine, when I stalled the FCP 3 ? Does anyone know what could be happening?
The machine which I have switched to, ha the same model of the previous one.
