HELP - I need a temporary viewfinder for RED-One ?? WTB EVF

[George D.]

I don't mean to be double posting, but I guess I put this question in the wrong category earlier.

I'm in the process of purchasing a RED-One from Red, and am very excited about it. But, there is a problem. The Bomb EVF is backordered for possibly several months.

We MUST have a viewfinder for our kind of cinematography. An LCD monitor will NOT do.

Does anyone know if there are any used viewfinders available for sale, that we could use while waiting for the Bomb EVF to be back in stock ??

Renting is not something I wish to do because the wait time for the Bomb EVF is too undetermined.

Thanks.

I have a Red VF for rent until the Bomb VF is ready to ship.

I have a Red VF for rent until the Bomb VF is ready to ship.

It would have to be awfully cheap before I would entertain the idea of renting. When the Bomb EVF will be back in stock is just too vague so renting could end up costing far more than it's worth.

Thanks anyway.
