HELP. EPIC serious breakdown after 3.06

Hello.

I am in contact with RED support and will have to send in the cam.

But since i have a shoot starting in 6 days, i will try my luck here.

I upgraded to 3.06 and my touchscreen started to have strange red stripes, etc. See the attached pic.

After a few days of not using the cam, i wanted to force upgrade bak to stable 3.0, but now none of my mags are visible to the cam anymore, i can't access the drive. Says "NONE"

This is heartbreaking, cause i can't even upload a different firmware.

System Restore didn't change anything, also using DC Power made no difference.

Any suggestions from you guys?

Have you stripped down the brain (removed side handle and REDMOTE) before trying the force upgrade?

Looks like what happened to my Epic. http://www.reduser.net/forum/showthread.php?78190-Did-my-Epic-X-just-blow-up. Had 42 hours on it. Totally fried. Had to send it into Red. No news on what happened yet, what the fix is or how to prevent it from happening again.
