HELP! Any 5k stills advice for Scarlet?

Hey guys I just got my Scarlet so I'm fairly new to using it for stills. I have to shoot some pics today and I was wondering what is the best settings for taking stills from 5k resolution video. I need some advice as far as frame rate and shutter speed to avoid motion blur from video. Any advice would be helpful thanks!

typically when I shoot stills my settings consist of 5K 6fps 3:1 compression ratio and I try not to go below 1/120 shutter especially if im not on a tripod.

to get 6fps you know to hold down the fps button on the touch screen right?

Ok is there an alternative way because I have the side handle but I'm using a 3rd party 7inch monitor not touch screen?

Yes, when you open the fps drop down all the way to the right there is a (...) press that and a key pad should pop up so you can type 6
