HELP, +30 db Minimum Audio imput

The default Audio for the Audio input is set to a minimum +30db I had tried different settings but he audio signal from the audio guy is really hot an peaking or not audio at all. I use a A-box to connect the XLR audio

My Mixpre outputs only line level, which I suspect is what your audio guy is sending you, Scarlet takes mike level. An alternative would be if your audio guy can send you mike level

As Werner says, the Red only takes Mic level, unless you have the ProIO. Keep one of these in your kit:

Thanks Guys Yes the audio guy used one of those the other day and it worked but for some reason on the last shoot we did I had some weird distortion, I was hopping there was a menu setting I can use. I will ask him about sending a Mic Level signal
