My name is Kim hee ja, a red user and Director of photography in Korea. I ordered a wireless follow focus kit on www.viewfactor.net and paid 3,100 dollars by credit card in July last year. Afterwards, I could keep contacting with Curt von Badinski, a responsible staff for Viewfactor until March this year 2010. He had been saying it was just a delay in shipment for the company’s own reason and asking for some more patience. Now I have only rejected email from their domain and I can hear only a mechanical voice, not personal voice. I am very much at a loss without anything I could do, except asking for your kind advice. I want to know how to get what I have the right to. Please help me.* *
