I shot this music video not too long ago in Iceland.
I used a Sigma 18-35, some diffusion filters and that was it. Very simple, but very poetic.
It goes to show you, that no matter what price your camera is, and what new models come out, this camera can still make gorgeous pictures...

very nice Daniel

Daniel,

Another great video. I think some have forgotten how great the Red Helium "still" is.

I'm a fan of these guys, great job!

This video is amazing. That masking edit was very slick! Thank you for sharing

The Helium sensor is slept on. I personally prefer it over alot of sensors out now. If you know how to light, shape light, and expose your sensor correctly for the scene then you really are getting a real distict image out of the Helium sensor. All the sensors today are basically just different film stocks at the end of the day.

Is that Steadicam?

Nice work. In all the lust for expensive glass I forget what can be achieved with the $800 Sigma zoom I own.

some reallly great images in here! I've never gotten that flare at 1:25 out of my Sigma 18-35 hehe. Looks fantastic (also was really hoping that girl at 2:17 was going to vanish as soon as the guy walked in front of her)

Well, that flare might have been created by SFX, to help on the ladies disappearing...
I used a Hollywood Blackmagic for diffusion. And I used an old M15 Movi, rented a local EasyRig with a Serene arm. Unfortunately couldn't bring a Steadicam rig...

I've been shooting with the same combination lately(helium, sigma, Movi M15) and absolutely loving the results. Great work on this one Daniel!

Great shots Daniel. I love Iceland. What drone was it that was used?
Best wishes,
Andreas

It was a Mavic Pro

Really great results like the overall detail and colors on these Helium shots.
Did you recognize the Mavic Settings because that first shot looks very good to for that small drone camera.
Thanks for sharing.

Did you recognize the Mavic Settings

We had a person operating the drone, so I don't know what settings it had. But I know that they did quite a bit of massage on the footage in post to make it match. The last shot had a sky enhancement/replacement, to hold those highlights. But it's a great little drone...

Ok no problem Daniel. Yes its a great drone and you can make it work for the most part with a little post production. Also used the mavic on several projects. A Inspire 2 x7 setup would be killing it together with the Epic-W but its not worth the paperwork hustle if you are fine with a mavic establisher. Really good flying and post on these drone I have to say.

Very impressive!
