Helium Carbon Weapon Framerates and Compression Ratios?

Trying to find out the Helium Carbon Weapon data rates and thus the frame rates and compression ratios at different resolutions.

Has anyone written this up? Is the white helium the same internals as the Carbon Weapon? I assume so. Been hunting on here but haven't come across it.

Until its released from them as "this is what it is!" it's all speculation... However, a lot of that speculation is being driven from what the current white storm trooper heliums are pumping out as far as specs are concerned. That's a good place to start! I think nofilmschool did something on it. I'm sure it's here on reduser in the form of a screengrab. I just dont remember where it is.
