Hey all, wondering some advice pls.
I have a heavy EF mount lens. I have bought a good old fashion 19mm studio support setup. But yeah wondering the setup order. So because the lens rotates to mount but also needs to be supported on the rails I am trying to find the safest way to not stress the mount and thinking of mounting it vertically with lens front element facing the table.
What are others doing for this? Is this the best way? I am worried about side mounting and getting like sag stress on the mount.
