HDSDI dead on Scarlet

Hello,

On a shot the Brain HDSDI out won't work suddenly without any reason.
I did try everything, different cable, screen,... the problem is coming from my Scarlet.
The HDMI out is working well.

Here is the log if it could help :

I'm on the last beta...

This is really a big problem for me, so if someone had a solution...it would be awesome...

Assume you've checked all your HD-SDI settings are correct?

Try a System Restore from the menus.

If that doesn't work try reinstalling the firmware.

Yes all my settings have been checked many times,
I did a system restore and a firmware downgrade and upgrade again.

Nothing is working...
RED team, should I send it back to you ?
