HDRx Shutter speed

Hello

How is the shutter speed set for HDRx, if I shoot 24fps with shutter 1/50 will +1 stop equal 1/100 or 1/96 or even something else?

Relates only to shutter, not to frame base, so

from 1/50

1 stop = 1/100
2 stop = 1/200
3 stop = 1/400
4 stop = 1/800

etc

Hi

But how to explain the following behaviour, using flickering light source in PAL country when shooting 25fps 1/50 shutter the HDRx is not flickering
Now switch the camera to 24fps still 1/50 shutter and the x frame is flickering like mad!? is the rounding error then?

(edit) I think I figured out my own stupidity, based on the frame rate I get phase shift.
