HDRx - Epic-W - why greyed out?

[Craig Lees]

Hi,

Anyone explain why HDRx is greyed out in Epic-W? Running latest greatest firmware.

Any answers asap would be great!

Cheers

At what settings? Perhaps you are at too high a framerate/resolution? HDRx only works at framerates where shooting twice the current framerate is available as it requires capturing two frames for every frame.

You have to go to 6K and below for it to work.

I was at 4k!

No matter the camera, in order to be able to use HDRx you need to shoot at NO more then half the maximum frame rate allowed by used camera as HDRx records TWO separate sets of images in the same folder.
