When I bring 2 videos A & X in AE, I get better results however I just cant loose this noise, when I apuse its gone, when it starts moving its back

I've gotten that sort of "noise" in AE when using Shadow/Highlight.

As for HDRx, the way I've gotten good results in AE has been to sandwich a layer with the X-track between two layers with the A-track and setting the X-track to use luma matte from the A-track above it. And at least with CS5.5 Luma key is only a 16-bit effect, so you'll be able to work in 32-bit when doing it with a luma matte layer.

So the layer setup would be:
Layer 1: (non-visible): A-track with curves for adjusting the luma matte.
Layer 2: X-track set to use luma matte from Layer 1, with curves for adjusting X-track contrast
Layer 3: A-track with a curves adjustment for adjusting A track contrast.

All the layers use REDlogfilm for gamma and I also tend have an adjustment layer with a LUT above everything to get a better idea of how it'll look like after grading.

feather 100

That's your problem. You don't want any feathering or eroding or anything of that kind. Just a straight luma key as unmolested as possible. Also do all of this in 32 bit linear space.
