Hello all,

After upgrading to 4.01 (the latest firmware as of April 20th) I can't get a signal to my Small HD DP4
I disabled HD-SDI out
I tried changing between all my HDMI cords from 3ft to 25ft
I tried turning on the DP4 and then the camera
- turning on the camera then the DP4
- plugging in the HDMI while it was running
Tried all the different flavors of HDMI out in the Scarlet menus (while trying all the steps above)
I installed the DSMC force presets (which at one point erased my menus on the touch screen)
I had a heart attack and then tried some older firmwares (back to 3.3.14 where I remember it working)
I've tried rolling back the firmware on the Scarlet.
I tried flashing the DP4 firmware

AND THEN I tried hooking it up to my 3 year old Samsung TV ... that worked! I got an image!
So now I just need to lug the 32 inch 15 pound TV to set tomorrow and find a generator... :banghead:

Then I gave up.
It was working on my previous firmware (I believe 3.3.14
So now I'm going to try some sleep and would love to hear any thoughts from you wonderful folks.

Good Night, and thanks in advance.
Rish

I can confirm the latest scarlet firmware is working on an SmallHD AC7. Might be a handshake issue with the dp4
