does anyone recognize the problem that the hdmi output / epic camera unexpectedly ( yesterday it works , today it doesn't ) with the same monitor ,Tv logic doesn't work anymore.
The hdmi cable , and the monitor are checked, and are oke

Nope. For me it's been 100% consistent on both Epic and Scarlet. HDMI can be fiddly in general so I'm not surprised if I get the odd dropout for a second, but have always been able to make it work.

Possibly your physical jack? They are not incredibly robust and if you don't support the cable properly it puts a Hell of a lot of torque on the connection. I'm careful to always support it and have a 1' breakaway cable on the Epic side.

Having said all that I do remember a time soon after I got the Epic 18 months ago, when the HDMI appeared to stop working but was fine as of the next firmware update. Maybe reinstall or upgrade firmware and see if it helps.

This little surprise cost me a SteadiCam shot last Friday. Had to use the Chapman instead. Not happy... Epic: Just like a box of chocolates...

Good shooting,

Leo
