HD SDI output to BM Multibridge Pro

Any news on this issue? Has anyone tested if indeed it is the ET breakout box as the above post theorized. Does this mean the BM hdlink pro is not acceptable for applying a LUT to the monitor signal? Would love to hear from BM or RED something about its status.

The recommendation remains unchanged.

i.e use the older Black Magic card or alternate AJA product.... (note: the RED-ONE HD-SDI output has worked with every other device we have tested)


- or if using the newer BM card, insert an HD-SDI re-clocking device

So this in effect means that without a hd-sdi reclocker the "newer" 3gps BM products (including for my own interest the hdlink pro) would have problems due to their sensitivity to jitter from the red hd-sdi out? It would seem that a reclocker is far more expensive than the unit based on a casual look at various products.
