HD-SDI distributor (small formfactor) with a few extra functions (CDL/Overlays)

Hi.

Looking for something like this:

But with a few extras.
Say you want to tap a clean RLF signal out of SDI for one purpose, but want to redistribute the signal (for script etc) with overlays (TC/Filename) and CDL (Cineon to Rec, comes to mind)
And maybe the 1st AC has a signal which is REC but without overlays.

Anything comes to mind?

I think the OMOD is supposed to do this, which is great for some scenarios. But outside that.

And the reason I don't "just use the HDMI" is that if anyone uses a +1 and the EVF, the signalchain is gone before we hit REC.

I guess this would do, but I'd still need the distributor, as this is one HDMI and one SDI
