Hey everyone,
I have been filming some interviews and been noticing some static or hash sound that is popping up
I tried switching out camera bodies using both a raven and a scarlet w.
My set up is dual xlr in to a wooden camera abox from there single 1/8th inch into the mic on the back of the dsmc2 body. I am also sending timecode from the sound device 633.
The sound goes away when I stop monitoring using the 1/8th extended in the bata breakaway cable (I think that's the right term it has both xlrs and the 1/8th inch in one strand) and sounds fine if I plug In directly with my head phones to listen.
Any help would be appreciated so my audio techs can monitor audio on their 633.
