Has Stage 3 started shipping yet?

I'm trying to get a handle on this. Seems like they would have started shipping by now, but I don't see any news.

3 weeks, no any news RED said thay everybody from Stage 3/3.5 will get notifications about sending RED ONEs before Stage 4 will be shipping, Stage 4 is starting so I think on this week RED will send e-mails to everybody from Stage 3/3.5

Haven't they finished Stage 2? Or if they're close, could they start on Stage 3? (It seems if they can do Stage 4 at the same time, then . . .)

Hopefully soon we will hear something..standing by to send my camera in...It's a brand new year and I'm sure things will move along as fast as humanly possible for everyone.

Looking forward to holding my EPIC X in my hands and getting some great imaging this year.

Same question about shipping....No information from RED, we receive some of the accessories but ( not all ) ...NO REDMOTE, NO HANDLE, NO REVOLD BATTERY....NO EPIC BODY

I'm having a real bad feeling how this will all play out. No shipping news, items back order log growing, future upgrades now contending with stage 4.

I don't know what to say!

If I had that kind of feeling about RED, I would not have:

1) Bought the Stage 3 offer (a really nice offer BTW. Obviously; RED letting us "Early Adopters" know that they didn't leave us out of their plans)
2) Planned my shooting schedule around "NOT KNOWING" when the hammer would fall and I would have to send in the RED One) (I will say that this is the hardest part)
3) Started selling off my peripheral equipment that won't enhance my EPIC-X
4) Put up with my Wife wondering what the hell I am doing buying "Another Camera, for God's sake!"
5) Put all of my marbles in the RED basket
6) Started doing Yoga style, slow breathing, relaxation techniques to help me through the next few weeks (hopefully, not months)

Ivan, your profile shows that you have been here for as long as I have: 2007!. Have you not learned to have some faith?

I agree that its a great offer (Stage 3) but I think I need to take up the yoga / relaxation techniques as well at least until we hear some news on whats next for us Stage 3ers.

This upgrade will be like no other! 2006 red community was not as large as present. I don't think upgrades will take place like they did back then! Stage 3 has been thrown with stage 4! Dragon sensor upgrades will have to contend with new comers! None of this was stated when the stages were announced! Having patience? Are you fucken kidding me? Red has taught me patience but this will not be the same. Not to mention that the Dragon sensor is around the corner! You think Red is asleep waiting for you or me to receive our camera before they release it? Red is pushing the envelope and I'm all for it! I just want what I signed up for, that's all.

agreed, I had dreams about me and my new lady for the last few days....just the two of us on a lonely beach in Byron Bay, getting some slow mo surf footage....her name will be Lucy and I love her curves when she wears this sexy optimo 24-290mm lens......but then I woke up and realized stage 3 hasn't started yet

Epic M is for those that can't wait.. X is for those that know and accept RED is not for the faint hearted and inpatient. Brent I'm sure is on the case and can do without being bothered every 10 mins of journey with " Are we there yet" We will obviously get there when we get there!

I'm guessing no one has received Stage 3 info yet? I saw stage 4 is starting up, this little posts saves my Bomb Squad rep an e-mail. I've been waiting 3 years and still don't like to bug my rep. Does anyone know if they have finish stage 2.5 yet?

Well, stage 3 might be on hold - but they are sure shipping a load of Scarlets - over 500 so far. At least, it's good news for some. I guess we'll need to continue to be patient until RED updates us on the situation...

Last I heard, stage 2 is almost finished. Have never heard about a stage 2.5.

Today a colleague of mine got his Epic-X Stage II. Almost every extra also delivered. Canon Mount, Sidehandle...

Yes of course, I got my Epic acc. Side SSD, Touch LCD, Red Volts, Side handle 3 days ago. Just waiting for Stage 3.5 is starting to ship.
