My Rhino slider has been awful and I'm looking for a replacement that can take up to 15lbs very smoothly, but is also compact and lightweight enough for run-and-gun documentary shooting. I've looked at the other slider threads, recommending the Trost and other much beefier sliders, and they just seem a little too cumbersome for practical run-and-gun shooting. I'm looking for something I could possibly carry around in the same bag as my tripod.
For any slider I get, I'd want to mount it on a 75mm or 100mm half-ball. There are currently 3 sliders I've found that seem to be a good mid-point between the beefy Trost-style and flimsier Rhino-style. Here they are below. Let me know if you've had experience with any of these. Thanks in advance!
ShooTools Slider Pro

This seems like a winner to me with the friction control and the solid build that won't creak or flex under weight.

This also seems like a pretty solid build, and it's rated up to 50kg

I love the small form factor of this one. The shortest Pro version is rated up to 30lbs. The one thing that worries me is the torque on the tripod head as you get further out at the ends. Has anyone tried putting a 10-15lb configuration on these? I'd be using these with a 75mm or 100mm half-ball.
