  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Has anyone made experience with TILTA?

ikan is a dealer for Tilta here in Houston and I've tested a lot of their rigs. Really solid stuff.

I had a tilta rig for my FS700 before I got the scarlet, it was a solid rig. Also looked very sharp too.

I have the full Tilta rig for my Blackmagic Pocket. Excellent quality.

I have looked everywhere for a review on the new double sided Tilta FF-T04, which would be their first attempt for a Pro follow focus. It looks nice and well built, but... Has anyone bought or tried one?

I used one for about a year Giuseppe, I was fairly happy with it. You can fit it both on 15mm and 19mm studio bars which was really nice for me. It has a very long reach and was able to hit my lens gears without needing anything like a quick riser (http://x.com/Quick-Riser-Epic-Scarlet.html) which was lovely.

Came in it's own mini hard case with plenty of accessories, my only complaint would be that it's not the smoothest. I prefer them a little stiffer, but if you've ever used anything like an Arri FF4 it's not like they're stiff either. I think that's just my taste.

I use the RR Blade now which is a much smaller FF, but requires riser and strictly 15mm bars.
