  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Has anyone in the 2300's gotten their camera?

I understand completely. As a soon to be owner, I want people to have a great perception of the RED camera and workflow and feel comfortable and confident with it on set. Anyone experienced with the camera and post workflow knows you don't go into battle under prepared. Appreciate your concern and looking out for RED and its potential users.

You just answered your own question. ;)
If you can wait for the 7", do it. If you can't get the 5.6" now and sell it when you get the 7".
 
The Red 5.6" is by far the best on-camera monitor I have used.

Those in #2201-#2400 who have already paid up and are waiting for delivery, we hope to wrap up your group by early next week. Then we will begin shipping #2401-#2650 group....

Congratulations - I know the feeling. 2343 has been home with me for a bit more than a week and I've driven myself into serious sleep deprivation with the long days and late nights with her. Very happy for you.
