Has anybody received their PL Motion Mount?

Has anybody received their PL Motion Mount? I ordered mine on September 13( according to the invoice) and shipping was advertised as within 5 to 10 business days of order processing. I believe thats over 23 business days and I still have not received the mount, even though Red charged me $71.00 for shipping and it still has not shipped. My Bomb Squad rep has been very prompt in replying to my emails, unfortunately, he seems to be in the dark as much as I am. Speaking of darkness, has anybody received their Dragon upgrade? just askin.....

Have you checked with your Bomb squad rep? When I ordered my Scarlet-X I didn't receive my side handle right away, as they were backordered. My order managed to somehow slip between the cracks when they started sending the side handles out to people, but an email to my rep got the side handle to me in a couple of days.
