The pin connector on my hard drive for the RED ONE is coming loose:confused1:. Any fixes for the problem? Thanks

If your drive is out of warranty, and you are relatively technically minded, I imagine it'd be relatively easy to undo the rear panel it's attached to to tighten up the nut on the back of the connector. Maybe adding a drop of threadlock to stop it working loose in future. Observe anti static discharge measures!

You'll need the right size torx driver to undo the four bolts holding the panel on.

If you don't feel confident doing it yourself, then get someone technical you know to do it.

If still in warranty send it into RED to fix for you.
