Thanks Chris, we did that on our spare time. That was a lot of fun and I wish I could do that more often.

I rendered the final piece in UHD and the DPX suit looks gorgeous, with a lot of nice textures... I must say I'm disappointed on how the H264 turned out (but that is always the case).

Curious to know how long was the set-up before you started rolling?

We arrived on location at 1pm, and we had to unload all lights, jib, tracks, camera equipment, and of course all the set design elements. We shot from 5 to 7 roughly, and the location was cleaned by 8 or 8:30.

We had 5 pumpkins so we did 5 takes. Plus 2 or 3 takes of a punch-in on the last laugh, audio wild tracks and 2 plate shots of smoke.

The smoke machine was pretty inconsistent, and by the end of each take, all smoke was gone. So I had to 3D track the shots and add back the smoke in background.
