Handle Options - This time for Scarlet

Hi again,

i need help for my scarlet rig.

What i have:

-5" Touch Display
-This Top plate: http://www.viewfactor.net/products/epic-scarlet-acc/fmj-top-plate.html
-This Handle: http://www.amazon.com/SMALLRIG®-Double-Handle-Release-Accessories/dp/B00A8CYN2G

So the parts are already there but mayby i have to buy other parts. What i want is:

-Using the Display AND Top Handle at the same time on a top plate
-Using a Outrigger Handle (it may be a third party handle without rec/stop button) Its only to handhelt the scarlet.

So is this all possible at the same time and what`s the name of the part to use display and Top Handle at the same time?
I saw it on some screenshots but i don`t know how to call it.
