What software and hardware are you using to export and what are the settings?

Up your bitrate / quality settings, for starters, that should help. What you are seeing there looks like artifacts of the averaging the codec is doing.

i have a mac pro 12 core ...32 ram...red cine pro....how do i up my bitrate??

1. Use RCX Pro to create high quality Pro Res 4444 or another high res CODEC. I wouldn't use it to go straight to h.264
2. Use Compressor to create your h.264 files
3. Set up around 800-2400 kilobits per second (100-300kilobytes) and a frame size around 1280-720

Your files will look beautiful.

If you are using compressor and 720p for vimeo etc I use the iPad preset. Works beautifully.
