  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

GROUP BUY - Vaxis Storm Wireless Streaming System

It looks like some of you have used their products in the past, and obviously happy, as you are discussing and ordering more. i would love to hear about your experiences. Do they have a US based service & repair office? Do any of you have experiences with needing to have something repaired? i know some of the other wireless products i have used, have needed to go in, from time to time. What kind of response time and communication can we expect?

This looks like a great opportunity. i am considering buying in, for the 1200.

I have been using it for several months..have had no issues. Yes, they have a US facility for RMA purposes.

I am very interested and hoping there is a possibility these will be in on time as I have a Feature starting March 13th. Can you please confirm I will receive in time. Im based in Northern California and have money ready. Im interested in the 500ft v-mount with extra 500ft receiver, so 500 1:2 V-mount if that is correct. Pricing from what I understand is $2,388 not including shipping. Please correct me if I am wrong and also let me know timing on this as I know this ends on the 20th. Thanks

I am interested in the 500' version, but wondering about what tier we are at for the GB with the 500ft and 1000ft product? Apparently this GB is at the top tier discount with the 1200' version, but there is no mention of the tier level it is at for the other versions...
According to the 1st post:
"FOR THIS GROUP BUY - It's the total commitments across all their wireless systems to reach top tier, not for each respective system. So, just 20 total commitments gets top tier for all levels even if there are spread across for the various systems!"
I interpret this as all versions of the product have reached the top tier. Can Chris or someone who gets how it works specifically please clarify?

I think they are very comparable..where you will really see a difference is in the longer range products like the 1000 and 1200 foot versions.

With regards to the 500' kit, is it the same as what's listed 'in the box' on the Vaxis website here: http://en.vaxis.cn/xiazai_jeilLM.htm
I notice the 1200' options are v-mount or ab mount for the receiver. Does the 500' version include a SONY NP-F970battery mount instead for the transmitter and receiver, in addition to the d-tap cables?
