  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy - Tilta Gravity Gimbal

My Gravity works great. There is the powering on while upside down issue which Pedro addressed, but everything else works great for me. And have been putting it thru it paces lately. The product is definitely worth it, but no communication definitely sucks.
 
Today, I received a personalized email from Yang and he posted this on the FB user group:

"Hi Guys,We apologize for the delay. We were not expecting as much interest in the Gravity and have been swamped with orders. This Monday we will begin to ship the reduser group buy gimbals. We should have the last packages for the group buy delivered by first week of November. We thank you for your patience."

I saw the post on FB group

today and tomorrow I would imagine we start getting tracking #s or at very least shipping confirmation.
 
I also received a personal note today from my Tilta rep. It is greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to using the gimbal and armorman!!

Perdo, mimic issues, app and inverted power up issues aside. How competitive is the general stabilization? Can it compare to the smoothness of a Movi?
 
I too just got an email from Sophia confirming my shipping address and was told I will be in the 1st 25 units shipping tomorrow.

I wasn't sure if you were going to stick it out Tim, you were close to the edge a few times there! :D
 
I just dont like when anyone takes full payment and then wont tell you anything at all. Holidays or not communication is something that can avoid most any customer service problems before they ever start. Glad to see things are moving forward as I know this gimbal is a good choice regardless of the savings. The $ saved however helps very much for tomorrow. :)

Thanks though Matt feeling much better about this now that they seem to have returned to business as usual. Really happy to see Yang post on the FB group too.
 
Mine too will ship tomorrow! Good times, now the wait for an easy pass thru customers I hope.
 
I paid on the afternoon of 9/8 via paypal because several people reported time lapses in bank transfers and I wanted to have protection in case they ended up not shipping for 6+ months for any reason.
 
9/8 via Paypal as well.
 
just got another email from Sophia, not sure what to make of this other than face value. im choosing to get mine shipped now. would be nice if they offered us a free battery or something beings we have already waited this long. but hey at least we will get our gravity and am2

For the group buy customer,it is free to upgrade it, There are two option for you.the first one is get the gravity and armor man first,and then we will send you the new version mimic after 3weeks.
the other option is waiting the new version mimic and ship with the gravity and armor man together.

Somewhat confused on the Mimic/Ejector situation as well. In the Facebook group Yang said the communication issues had been fixed, but the Futaba support would be based on a hardware upgrade to the Mimic/Ejector, and not the Gravity's receiver?
