Chris, quick question.

Right now the 17" HDR that I have it a little too bright. If I get the 17" studio I'm sure that will fix that problem when I'm indoors, but I'm wondering if I'll ever be able to match the two brightness wise in a studio setting at a lower brightness?

They just released a firmware which brings down the monitor's brightness settings to the studio default! Go grab the latest firmware at https://www.smallhd.com/community/firmware-production-monitors

And for those interested and who are local to LA/OC, tonight there will be free food and drink at an event at CSLA where SMallHD will be showing off these monitors. In Post #35, you indicated that the discount would also apply to accessories. Prompts a couple of questions:

1. Do we need to indicate the accessories we intend to purchase on this thread or do we simply add those to the order after the code is issued?

2. About the C-Stand adapter now included with each model (Thanks Small HD!!!) - Can we choose to "upgrade" to include the table stand and simply pay the difference minus 20% ?
From the accessories photos, it looks like the table stand itself is part of a kit that already includes the C-Stand adapter.
