  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi guys, quick question...

We're making up Power Cables for the RED +1 module... A customer mentioned that he'd prefer it have a RIGHT ANGLE lemo at the module end... i.e. one of these, http://media.rtmotion.com.s3.amazonaws.com/photos_large/lemo0b-right-angle.jpg

Note that the cable goes DOWN from the socket, i.e. the red dot is on the opposite side to where the cable goes.

Question is, do we make all +1 power cables with the right-angle lemo? Or offer both? I don't have a +1 here to test,

Well, I'd say make it an option - but really, I'd have to test (hint, hint... )

Hi!! We're nearly there- everything in place, but last week we took delivery of some final alu parts and one had a laser-error. They're being rush-remade so we're waiting on the replacement parts, due any day. We literally have all the other parts ready to go so things will move out really quickly once we have it. I'll send out a mass email once we have a firm date!
 
p.s. thanks for being patient everyone- I expected to be swamped with requests for delivery updates, but you've given us a lot of space to knuckle down and get the work done, appreciate it! very close! p.s., cables across the board have been upgraded to some super flexible, high end stuff, I think you'll like it,
 
Hi guys! Sorry that things haven't moved as much as we'd hoped since I last posted, we've been finishing up as much as we can and pressuring a supplier on a part re-make. The parts are finally shipping to us tomorrow, so all being well, that puts us back in business to get these out of the door very soon. I appreciate that some shoots might have been missed because of the delay, sorry about that, but I'd like to think that the kits will be well worth the wait! I'll take some photos as the last parts go together. I also have some news to announce soon regarding distribution through a very well regarded partner, so that'll significantly help with availability and support per-region! oh, p.s., the units have a revised radio module, theoretical range over 1Km, with "tested" ranges over 400m.
