  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: Optitron2 - Wireless remote for Canon/Nikon glass

Joachim Hoge told me about this group by, and if I have understood this correctly I am suppposed to inform you that I have submitted an order on the OptiTron2 kit and the OT2 Wireless receiver kit(?)

Cant wait to try it out!

Ive been told so but we do get the emails.

As far as continuing the group buy signups- sorry- nothing lasts forever.

Maybe nothing lasts forever, the but the beauty of the images you'll all be making with your new Optitron 2 will come close.

As I wait patiently for this process to complete I find myself looking through the threads, docs, videos and photos of Optitron and my excitement is building. This thing looks solid. Many folks say it is solid, and consider our fellow RedUser and participant Erich Roland.

Erich runs a DC rental house with great gear and an even better staff that delivers to their clients outstanding service. They have had an earlier Optitron in their inventory for years and Erich is here with us ordering another one. That says a lot to me.

OK here it is; we've had a couple drop outs and we are now at #29 so it is imperative that the final orders get completed. Jacek may grant us tier 3 with #29, but if the others do not follow through the group could loose out. Jacek and I have been trying to contact them privately. One is on location but has responded and made arrangements with Jacek, the other two remain incommunicado.

The final two know who they are. Please respond and complete your orders so we can wrap this puppy up.

If you know them and/or how to reach them it might not hurt if you were to reach out and touch base. They may not be receiving our messages.
