  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Wonder why there's such a low participation level? Is that NiSi isn't a popular brand or its not as good as I think it is? Never heard of the brand before, until I saw this GB. Just wondering ....

I may be wrong, but it might be due to Kippertie's ND mount being announced for pre-order a couple weeks prior to this GB.

This is the second group buy for these filters by the way and the group buy window on this one was pretty small..
 
Chris or guys from Europe, is this GB available for us in Europe as well? Never participate in GB before. From where filters are sent to Europe? Does the final price include VAT and all the fees? Thank you guys

If the GB included their new Miracle series I likely would have jumped on a whole set. Wish they would have included it as an option. I don't mind waiting for them to ship at a later date. There's quite a few companies releasing 2nd/3rd generation filters with little to no color shift which is what their Miracle series seem to be competing with. Lots of options these days.

Basically, the enhanced version makes the picture more vibrant (short answer).

Yea..I would have thought more would have jumped on board. I've been using these filters for years and absolutely love them!

They would ship from China, so yea, you can order from anywhere. The price doesn't include VAT, although I've never paid any VAT when ordering filters through Nisi. No guarantee, but just throwing that out there.
 
Just got a weird e-mail from sale3@nisidigital.com containing a dump of contacts (names and e-mail addresses) that includes a lot of fellow Redusers.

Is it something to do with this group buy (that I'm not even part of)? I've never bought anything from Nisi before or signed up with them in any way.

Anyone else get that (and/or is it something that someone at Nisi should know about)?


Edit - Just remembered I was part of the NiSi Rota-Pola group buy a while back, so I probably am on some NiSi contact list somewhere that might have just got spammed.

Hey Chris,
I believe you got my interest wrong. The 1st interest was for 8 filters (at any discount level), then an additional 10 (given that we hit 35% discount). So, if you are counting everything at a go (which I think is what you're doing), that's a total of 18 filters

I think there might be a count discrepancy with the 2nd and 3rd person on the master list. The 2nd person didn’t specify how many nds he needed and the 3rd person wanted 5 nds. (Unless they pm’d you or something.)
