  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

GROUP BUY: NEAT VIDEO-NOISE AND GRAIN VIDEO FILTER

Ive also had Neat Video for YEARS....but in past year i just don't use it since it does not seem to work well with 4k timeline in FCPx....Is there going to be a NEW version that works with 4k or 6k material?

No issues here running it in Premiere CC and CC2014 on native 6K material. This is on a rMBP...

Also no issues in Resolve with the OFX plugin on 6k or 5k, or 4k material for that matter.

My guess is FCPx's background render is screwing things up.

I'm in for OFX(Mac) as that's the only version I don't own yet.

OFX for Mac please... and what a SPECTACULAR GROUP BUY IDEA!!!!

i am in.

If there's one 3rd party plug-in everyone should have in their arsenal it's this one. Saved my ass on a few occasions. I'm in for 1 license of OFX hosts (Mac).

Are there some capabilities/features in the OFX version that aren't available in Pro versions for AfterEffects, FCPX, etc? If so, what are they? Or does it simply cost twice as much?

Hi Paul!

Here are some salient points:

The OFX version (for example, for Mac) supports more hosts.
Currently it is:
- Nuke
- DustBuster+
- Assimilate Scratch
- DaVinci Resolve

and newer host applications might be added in the future as the
hosts add the OpenFX support in general and as Neat Video adds
support for them too. All that with the same one OFX plug-in.

For comparison, the plug-in for AE (for example) supports only AE.

I am in for OFX Mac and Premiere Pro Mac Pro plugins, one license each. PM'ing you my email. THANKS!

Thanks Nick. OK then, OFX for Mac it is then! I'll PM my email...

Very cool opportunity.

Interested in 1x OFX (mac) license ... or the FCPX license ... or both, still undecided.

Hi Jeremiah,

I have to hold on adding you to the list, until you formally choose the license(s), as the email you shall receive, from Neat Video, is individually tailored to the Buyer's choice(s).

I stand at the ready.

Thank you very much

Fury
