We sell the FAST TRACK TICKET at 270€ (~300$). This finances double shipment, double handling, double invoicing, double logistics, double custom process - double work.
For customers in any other countries than european ones or USA, we need to check the double shipping costs in each case.

On monday, we’ll try and reopen a Paypal account to reduce the hassle of a bank transfer for US buyers (for european ones, it’s a piece of cake, strangely enough...).

LEAD TIME:
We’ll get the fast track exo this coming week, then QC, packaging, shipping : first units arriving to your doors, say, on the 21st.
We’ll get the regular track exo in their cases in 18 days (says the case supplier), then QC, packaging, shipping : first packaged units arriving to your doors, say, first days of june.

I also don't think I paid any shipping fees yet when paying my final invoice, was not on my invoice. Or at least it was not separated as a separate line item. Assume it was not buried into to the final cost due. Can someone please confirm that as well?
And also if it was not in the Invoice what would my shipping costs be? All these details go into whether I do fast track or not.

And can someone give me dimensions of a packed Exo so that I can make an educated decision or whether to buy this case or not. Asked this a bit ago with zero response.

There was included in the price a 100$ "coupon" for shipping that covered European countries. Some of us had to pay extra for outside Eu on some destinations.
I can't tell who, where and how much as I lived 8km from L'Aigle and 100$ probably covers my whole shipping.

Maybe your 100$ shippipng was enough to send it to you. Only Pierre and his team can say.

About the size, I can't help you, I don't know.

I'm sorry to hear that Pierre is losing money on this group buy, but the price was given to us by Pierre himself so there should be no complaint here.

Also, I think a lot of people severely underestimate the value (monetary, and otherwise) of getting this new product into 94 Redusers hands. I have already read on other forums where people are talking about the exoskeleton as being an essential accessory to any gimbal. Each Reduser will generate more than one sale, and each of those buyers will generate sales and so on...

The case will be huge Jim. Not sure of the dimensions, but the Exo is in one peice so it will need a very big case. It will probably be the biggest case in everyone's kit.

Thanks Carey, figured as much. Thing is there is a custom case manufacturer very close to me I use all the time for my Jibs, so I am trying to figure out whether its more cost effective to have one made, get something from Pelican and do custom foam or wait for the case from Pierre and pay the shipping for that case too.
Pierre can you provide packing size of Exo please? Not trying to undermine your efforts with your case. Im sure it will be the best fitting well designed option for the Exo.

My invoice was 150 Euro more than the "base price" of 2000. It was my understanding (partially from info provided waaaaay back at the beginning), that the difference was the shipping costs. It is my understanding that my invoice, being paid in full, is complete and that I will get "normal track" shipping when the product is ready to ship.
