  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: L'Aigle Exoskeleton

Apparently there are costs for Pierre to receive a wire transfer which he has deducted from our deposits. So that's why the voucher is less that we paid for a deposit. Would have been nice to know but it's a small amount. The good thing is he told me in email that I can pay the balance with PayPal. So with all the wire transfer fees PayPal seems like the way to go.

I paid my deposit with Paypal... so don't see why this has been removed from my invoice... unless it's been done on 'all' the invoices (irrespective of them being paid via Bank Transfer or Paypal)?
 
I got the email as well....I logged in and saw the remaining invoice.....but unsure how to pay it lol... I see what I owe after the deposit...but there is now way to add it to cart and finalize the purchase....am I missing something?

You should be seeing wire transfer instructions on the invoice. I simply put in a call to my bank and gave details over the phone, and the money was transferred and accounted for within the week.

hmmmm.....there is nothing....it's a one page PDF and all it shows is the date I placed my order and how much is left to pay. I also originally paid with paypal...not sure if that makes a difference...
 
I'm seeing the same thing as Maz. There's no payment instructions and the store won't let me pay it when I tried adding it to the cart. I sent an e-mail regarding this question. I would like to get this paid ASAP.

Well don't mind me, then… it seems I'm wrong I paid prior to today, and I'm thinking they changed the way they are generating invoices.

Maybe someone that has successfully paid based on today's batch of invoices should chime in. If anyone at all.
 
Looks like the product is awesome, the deal is fantastic but the web site functionality...bad at the deposit stage and equally bad now at the completion stage. hopefully more info coming soon .

Just to chime in, my invoice lists a total product price of 2,395 Euros (I.e. approximately the discounted product price + deposit), so seems at least my invoice has been done a touch backwards.

I might be wrong but I believe we're in a 'holding pattern' right now. Invoices are getting revised with the correct amount minus deposit and plus shipping (via DHL price).

I believe Pierre will announce the next step shortly of WHEN and HOW to pay. I'm guessing that Paypal is not an option and it's purely wire-transfers from this point onward (but I could be wrong).

Timeline could be everyone 'pays at once' or 'one by one' (as products are allocated and ready to ship). Not sure but I look forward to more details from Pierre.

Also can't wait to see Carey's videos!

What just this week via the new invoices? How did you pay? Paypal? Wire Transfer... Or were you one of the ones that wanted to pay in full earlier when the Euro was going down...
 
Yes, via the new invoices. It showed me 1650€ on the invoice, or so, and so I just paid it via wire transfer.
And I am from Latvia, so I pay in €, the $ vs € does not matter for me.
 
Hello Pierre and/or Carey,

I have on two occasions now had people from my hometown area contact me about the exo and when it will be available. Both groups that asked me are reading this forum so they know where the people are that are getting the exo's. I would very much like to be able to give them a general idea of delivery time and would certainly like to be able to pitch the exo to my clients without feeling like I am guessing about its delivery date. I don't mean to infer I need an exact date of delivery but it would be nice to know what month L'Aigle plans on shipping. I expect there will be delays through customs anyway but it would be nice to let inquirers know when it "might" be available...Any chance of a guesstimate?
