  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Group Buy: L'Aigle Exoskeleton

Best place to get online in Havana, if not staying at a hotel with wifi, is at Hotel Nacional, business center, a nice setup. $7 per hour or $12 for 12 hours. 9a-9p. Paypal does not work in Cuba.

Terry, if you paid and have a receipt, you're good. As said, I'm on a gig now 16 hrs a day. I won't be able to update page one until next week. Please respect that time frame and be patient. Thanks.
 
Carey - no hurry on the response. But, to be clear, I am not asking about the deposit; that is all buttoned up, I believe. The question was about getting an invoice for the balance in case we we wanted to pay it sooner rather than later. I think that is what others are asking as well.

Indeed, the Euro just plunged to a 9 years low. For USD buyers, that’s an additional 20% discount!
For those who which to take advantage of this, send us a PM or an email.
I would suggest we deal with personal cases privately rather than here in this thread.

I have been involved a lot in shooting in Colombia and Cuba recently and both countries have outstanding young artists that are lacking in gear. I am sure that many in this group buy have other locations that could also use something like this for young artists.

My thought is if we all kicked in 100 euros or so we could buy 4 of these units to go to worthy groups, and in crossing the threshold to the next tier we would each pay less for our unit, making it a personal wash.

I don't know if Carey or Pierre would find this attractive or worth the hassle, and I don't want to add to the pressure of final production, but, if Pierre agrees, leave it up to him to do this at the end of the run, and let him choose the beneficiaries from the submissions of people in this group, giving his company props for donating to a useful cause.

I totally missed the boat on the group buy though after reading thru this thread, I'd be happy to commit to purchasing one if it could help get to another tier. Money is ready.

My bank and I cannot see Laigle's bank account number anywhere on the invoice Pierre sent to me, so if any knows that, including Pierre, please PM me. Thanks. (perhaps the IBAN # is what the bank is looking for?) Went to wikipiedia to figure out that their account number is embedded within the IBAN #. I'm heading back to the bank now. Just a good example of the hassle of a bank transfer.
