Hey,

So Osee has released the updated E Version of their LCM 156 Production Monitor with an updated Display. This time the LUT support is supposed to better (as in its finally possible to upload your own Luts - can somebody confirm this?)

Here is the link:

http://www.bmcuser.com/showthread.php?19671-***OSEE-LCM156-E-LCM170-E-and-LCM230-E-GROUP-BUY***

I d also love insight from users of the LCM156E about quirks to be aware of.
This Monitor seems to be a great value for the money and I really would like to see this GB get started, so I hope nobody minds this thread, if so let me know. I know there already is an osee topic. I just wanted to make the GB a little more accessible.

PS: if you are interested in the GB, registration on Bmcuser takes a while. May be I can pm the GB guys to put you on the list, so post below.

I just want to give a shout out to Thom and Kyle over at OSEE for being awesome. I have been very happy with my two 15" monitors for use in the field and for grading. I actually have really enjoyed the 15" size and am looking to get one of their 23" monitors this year for color.

They also do yearly calibrations on the monitors and have been nothing but great in terms of upgrades and customer support. Definitely check them out and for the money they can't be beat IMO.

I got the newer version of the 15" and had the older one before. It's significantly better. and that new osx apps is easy to use.
