You can go onto ReadRigs site to figure out shipping and you MUSt be on the R2 purchasing list in order to get the discount on the RR as well.

What time will the emails go out, will it be NYC, LA, or Beijing time?

Codes will go out on Tuesday. Prob around 9am or so (whenever I get them) PST time.

Don't worry. If you want a RR and you order an R2, you'll get to order a RR with Pro Arms at the discount. Once the GB concludes, codes will be sent out to order both the R2 and Ready Rig.

There is no Ready Rig list. Ready Rig will be sent the final order list for the R2, which they will then use on orders that come in with the discount code. If you do not order an R2, you will not get the discounted RR.
