  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

That won't qualify unfortunately since you're going through a dealer and not RR directly.

The code will be private messaged out through reduser from me. I'll get codes from DJI and Ready Rig. Ready Rig will also have the master list, so if you're not on the list and don't by an R2, you WILL NOT get the discount.

thanks for arranging this Chris.

As well as the price benifit it is also great both for awareness building and comunity problem solving. I have ultimately decided to not benifit from the Ru GB but buy direct from the UK dealer that sold and suppoted me with my 1st Ronin. I did this partly from a loyalty pov but also becuase of the service they have offered me on DJI products. Still I wanted to thank you for the informatuion that this thread has offered..

You won't need to get added...RR will get the master list here, so if you're on the list for the R2 already, you're good to go in terms of the RR discount. There will only be 1 master list.
 
I don't see a clearly stated "Shipping by X" date in the original / master post could you please provide?

Is there any update on discounting more than 2 batteries, and on getting orders in (and hopefully, shipped) sooner?

Thank you for the reply. Two of our associates attended DJI's first ever Ronin 2 training session held at AbelCine Burbank on August 15th. They had a few hours of hands-on with both the R2 and the Ready Rig. We have a scheduled event starting mid November and would like to incorporate both these devices into that movie shoot. Funding had been allocated. We'd like to train our camera ops and assistants for at least two to three weeks prior to the shoot dates.

So, getting these at the earliest is much appreciated.

But the only option is DHL (likely coming from China) and the shipping only has a free option which means it may take a while for our shipments to arrive. I would like to have it delivered overnight if possible and pay that shipping fee. Chris mentioned he would get confirmation on the shipping situation. I'm sure others would prefer to have quicker shipping options as well if they are available.

Once you actually pay for your order, it will go to the top of the shipping que. We get priority. DJI has said that they should ship pretty quickly after you actually place the order.

In terms of getting more batteries at a discount, I'll ping them to see.

Will get an update on the cost. In terms of overnight, that would be VERY expensive just because the weight of the case with the R2 inside is around 50lbs or so, so overnighting it would be terribly expensive.
