Grip equiptment Purchase in Chicago?

[Dan McCain]

I am going to be in Chicago and looking to purchase some cstands 4x4 reflectors and other various grip equiptment. Is there a place that sales these types of items in Chicago area?

Helix: 312-421-6000

Calumet: 312.440.4920

There are many more places to rent than to purchase...

Helix used to be carry a little more Cine gear than Calumet but Calumet typically has a larger inventory. You might want to check with Calumet on item availability, because if they don't have what you want in Chicago, they can pull from several other stores... probably best to setup your order in advance and have them hold it on WillCall. Abel has a store here in the burbs but it's tiny with nothing really in stock.

Thanks guys. Looks like it may be easier to ship from L.A.

You'll certainly have a bigger selection.
